Acceptance of these terms
By visiting or buying from Royales (the “website”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
- Please give accurate name, phone, address and email details.
- Guest checkout is available. If you create an account, keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on it.
Products and authenticity
We only sell genuine watches. We do our best to show colours, sizes and details accurately, but screens differ, so a product may look slightly different in person. Product descriptions and availability may change at any time.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice.
- We accept Cash on Delivery and Easypaisa, and any other method shown at checkout.
- If an item is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
Orders and confirmation
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it. For cash on delivery orders we confirm your details by call or WhatsApp before dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order that cannot be confirmed, looks fraudulent or is out of stock, and will refund anything already paid.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery times, charges and areas are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather or courier delays.
Returns, refunds and warranty
Returns, exchanges and refunds follow our Return Policy. Manufacturing faults are covered by the brand’s warranty where one applies; contact us and we will help with the claim.
Intellectual property
All text, photos, videos, graphics and design on this website belong to Royales or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without written consent. Watch brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
- Do not place fake or prank orders, or orders using someone else’s details.
- Do not try to hack, overload, copy or scrape the website.
- Do not post anything unlawful, abusive or misleading in reviews or messages.
We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect losses.

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with its “last updated” date. Orders are covered by the terms in place when they were placed.
